Due to a clerical error the fine was never imposed on the guily verdict of the previous case. Upon checking with His Lord, the King, this court was advised to administratively renew this case. Darklover has not been charged twice, but merely fined herein for the first case. The Court fines Dark lover 30 pounds with 15 pounds waived. Total 15 pounds for the crime of sending mass messages in French during a political campaign.

DArk Lover is hereby being charged with public disorder for speaking french in an ingame mail within the county of sussex. law states that it is strictly illegal that any other language but english is spoken within the county. darklover being a citizen for a while now should know the law. below is a copy of the letter being sent out to citizens of southhampton.

Darklover was charged with commission of public disorder.

The defendant has been discharged.
The law is clear on this point that French is forbidden in a public forum. I am very hesitant to extend this into the realm of no French in private messages because the right to speak one’s mother tongue in a private message should not be a matter for the courts. However, Darklover violated the intent of the law by sending a “mass mail” to the citizen’s of Southampton and used French for the advertising of his campaign to a public office. This crosses the line into the realm of a public message and in no way can be defined a “private message”
I find the defendant guilty and fine him the required 30 pounds with 15 pounds comminuted.

Indeed this lawsuit has some day ago take place and DarkLover was innocented.I thus suppose that the prosecutor made a mistake.
If it is not the case and that you purposely make start again this lawsuit,then you infringe the international laws of the Renaissants Kingdoms and risk the dismissal of your postes(for you,Madam Judge but also for Mister Prosecutor) or perhaps even worse...DEATH by royal eradication.
If it is an error,then it will be enough to discharge DarkLover and to present to him yours excuses(I also advise you to go to read the charter of the judge even if it exists only in French);but if it is not an error,you will have to pay the consequences of yours acts...
