Hi lords,
how surprised was i when i saw that this morning. Embarassed with that accusation, i went to our county to have a look to our laws. I had a look and saw that :
- the law is about language, for me, an name is not part of "language".
- the law says that warnings are send, i never had any.
My tavern got a belgian name, it's where i come from and i think it's a good name for a tavern specialist of trapists beers.
Besides, description is in english, meals are ordered in english and served in english.

I do not know if it is possible to cancel a lawsuit, so I am going to do this the old fashioned way: running through all the pleadings to get to the end.
I am dropping this case because, Tetsu has not received two warnings (I am not going to judge the grounds which mike brought this case to court on).
